Rationale

In the tables listed below I have Created assignments by learning styles.  I had never considered learning styles to this extent when creating my lessons or assignments before taking the MSEd course.  I have my assignments broken down into all of the learning styles so all of my student can succeed.  I feel I have made significant growth in the area of tying my lessons to each learning style.  I will now be able to look at all of my classes and each student and align my assignments so they will become more equally distributed among each learning style.  This section falls under the NBPTS Core Proposition number one or accomplished teachers are committed to students and their learning.  

NT = Intuitive Thinking   ST = Sensory Thinking

NF = Intuitive Feeling     SF = Sensory Feeling

 Reflection

I really enjoyed this section of the MSEd program.  I gave my students the learning style test and most of them really enjoyed it as well.  Most of my students knew what type of learning style they fell under but there were a few surprises.  This section helped me and my students understand how we learn best and made us aware of our weaker styles. I feel this is important to know what type of learning style my students excel in so I can align my lessons and assignments to my students.  My classes are designed so students have various phases through the learning styles.  Students have a chance to shine in their strongest learning style.
